Access to books and books ownership isn't just about literacy; it's about equity. We're committed to collective action in helping our community to create opportunities to engage with books and activate and support the reading culture within our community.
Our Book Access program aims to increase book ownership within historically underserved and marginalized communities in order to support families in building and sustaining a home library while empowering readers of all ages to explore and exercise personal choice in literature.
Our Positive Reading Experiences is an initiative that aims to create engaging and inspiring reading experiences for the communities. The program is designed to promote literacy and foster a love of reading by providing individuals with opportunities to positively connect with books and engage with the community.
Our Third Spaces program seeks partnerships with community centered organizations to activate inclusive spaces where individuals can engage with books, dialogue with authors, and connect with others in an exchange of ideas, while fostering a sense of community.
