Our Book Access program increases book ownership within historically underserved and marginalized communities in order to support families in building and sustaining home libraries. By removing barriers to quality books and reading resources, we empower readers of all ages to explore and exercise personal choice in literature.

ARCO's Third Spaces Program
Our Third Spaces program seeks partnerships with community-centered organizations to activate inclusive spaces where individuals can engage with books, authors, and others in an exchange of ideas.
Program Impact
Our Third Spaces Programs features a volunteer initiative that has hosted events while fostering a sense of community across more than 20 zip codes in the DFW metroplex.
ARCO BOOK CLUBS
In 2025, we expanded our number of ARCO volunteer-led book clubs. Featuring an array of diverse themes, voices, and authors, our bookclubs provided a safe space for readers to come together and discuss works of literature that appealed to their interests. Thank you to all our bookclub facilitators for planning and hosting these wonderful events!
