Activate Dallas' reading culture.
ARCO is committed to championing a robust reading culture by addressing barriers to book access, book ownership and by providing reading experiences that uplift Dallas’ reading culture.
The organization aims to create positive and engaging reading experiences while establishing communal spaces for interaction with books, authors, and the exchange of ideas within community.
"Book access and ownership have a direct link to reading culture, reading achievement, and social cohesion. Addressing book access and ownership within our community is an equity issue that we are ready to tackle head-on."
